Thread Upgrade, Metallic Thread, Glow in the Dark, Reflective Thread

The vest includes high quality polyester thread that is both durable and retains it's color. This listing is an upgrade option for decorative thread. These options can add extra personalization to your vest. Glow in the Dark stitches similar to regular thread, but the reflective and metallic are best suited to a less intricate designs.

If you opt for specialty thread for a design as opposed to text, you might be asked to purchase an additional graphics upgrade.  This is due to the fact that the machine must run at a reduced speed while stitching and slows production time. 

The glow in the dark works best when it is "charged" with light prior to use.

The reflective thread is much thicker than the standard thread and is only able to be used with larger text and some very simple graphics. Because it works best with direct light, in a typical nighttime environment, it is most effective on the side panels.

The metallic thread is made by a colored filmament wrapped around a smaller thread. Because of this, sometime there can be small gaps of the metallic portion where the filament was not applied consistently or shifted while stitching.
