Fabric has a small flaw. When we received the fabric there was a small section that had a cute hole that went through several layers. It wasn't until this vest was finished that we saw that this layer was also marked, although the cut is not all the way through. The fabric does not typically fray when cute so we do not anticipate the hole growing any larger, but are selling the vest as-is with a discount for the blemish.
